What are Platinum Hair Salon's hours?
We're open Monday 11am–7pm, Tuesday 10am–8pm, Wednesday 12pm–9pm, Thursday 12pm–8pm, Friday 10am–5pm, and Saturday 9am–4pm. We're closed Sundays.
What hair services does Platinum Hair Salon offer?
We offer haircuts for women, men, and kids, plus blow-drys, conditioning treatments, and special event styling. Our team also does bang trims and full extension services, including hand-tied, tape-in, and HaloCouture.
Does Platinum Hair Salon offer bridal hair and makeup?
Yes, we've been West Chester's go-to wedding beauty destination since 1976. We offer bridal hair and makeup, airbrush application, and trial runs for you and your bridal party.
What color services do you offer?
We offer balayage, foils, single process root retouches, glazes, and color correction. Our stylists also do specialty treatments like Brazilian Blowout, Lasio Keratin, and K18.
Do you offer hair extensions?
Yes, we offer hand-tied, tape-in, and HaloCouture extensions. Since every head is different, we start with a consultation to find the right method for you.
What is Platinum Hair Salon's cancellation policy?
We require a credit card on file and at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations are charged 50% of the service, and no-shows are charged the full 100%.
How much does a haircut cost at Platinum Hair Salon?
Women's haircuts are $64, men's are $41, and kids' cuts are $38. Bang trims are also available for $19.
How much does hair color cost?
A single process root retouch starts at $80, and balayage ranges from $139 partial to $179 full. Foil services start at $57 for up to 10 foils.
What professional products or brands does Platinum Hair Salon use?
We're a Redken Elite salon, so you get professional-grade Redken color and care. We also use HaloCouture for our hand-tied and tape-in extension services.
